The Problem We're Solving
Campus life is busy. Students need help with errands — food, printing, shopping, deliveries — but finding someone trustworthy is hard. On the other side, many students and young Nigerians are looking for ways to earn money flexibly. Acefre bridges that gap with verified identities, escrow payments, and transparent ratings.
Why Acefre Exists
Before Acefre, campus errands lived in WhatsApp groups — informal, unvetted, and unreliable. Someone needed food delivered, a friend of a friend offered to help, money exchanged hands on faith, and disputes were settled in DMs. For the most part it worked — until it didn't.
Acefre was built on a simple insight: the informal errand economy already existed, it just lacked infrastructure. We replaced the guesswork with verified profiles, the faith-based transfers with escrow protection, and the group chats with a structured marketplace where both sides know exactly what they're getting into.
