Careers at Acefre
Help us build Nigeria's most trusted service marketplace — one campus at a time.
Working at Acefre
We're an early-stage startup, and that means your work matters from day one. Here's what makes us different.
Mission-driven
We're solving real problems for real people — students who need things done, and runners who want to earn. Every feature ships with purpose.
Early-stage impact
You won't be a cog in a large machine. Your decisions directly shape the product. That's exciting, and a little terrifying — in a good way.
Diverse team
We work across product, engineering, trust & safety, and marketing. Different disciplines, one shared goal.
Remote-friendly
Work from anywhere in Nigeria. We believe talent isn't concentrated in one city, and our team structure reflects that.
Our Culture
These aren't values we wrote for a pitch deck. They're how we actually make decisions.
Every decision starts with 'how does this help the user?' We obsess over the experience of students, runners, and event-goers on our platform.
We iterate quickly and ship often, but we never cut corners on trust. Speed and integrity aren't opposites — we hold both.
We value initiative and accountability. If you spot a problem, you're empowered to fix it. We don't wait for permission to do the right thing.
We invest in our team's professional development. Your growth is part of Acefre's growth, and we take that seriously.

Remote Opportunities
