Popular Questions

How does escrow protection work?

When you post a task and fund it, your payment is held securely in escrow — not released to the runner until you confirm the task is complete. If anything goes wrong, you can open a dispute and the funds stay frozen until resolved. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.

How do I become a runner?

Go to your Account Settings and select 'Become a Runner'. You'll need to complete identity verification (government-issued ID) and wait for approval, which typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, you can start accepting tasks in your area.

When will my payment be released?

Funds are released to the runner when the task poster marks the task as complete, or automatically after 48 hours if no dispute is raised. If a dispute is opened, funds remain in escrow until Acefre resolves the case.

How long does verification take?

Identity verification typically takes 24–48 hours on business days. You'll receive an email notification once your documents are reviewed. Incomplete or unclear documents may require resubmission, which resets the review timeline.

How do I open a dispute?

Navigate to the task in question, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Open Dispute'. Describe the issue clearly and attach any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, messages). Disputes are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Both parties will be contacted.
